UK Internet Trouble

Some of the exchanges are down between the UK and france at the moment and as such UK users will have difficulty connecting to both game and mumble servers until the problem is fixed.

Sorry for the inconvenience but it's out of our control :(

EDIT: Appears the moment I decided to write this they fixed the problem :D

Community Highlander Team

As you may (or may not!) have seen I have started a little highlander team in div 6. I currently have about 5 new people to comp lined up to step into the team which is awesome, however I wouldn't mind having one or two more experienced players from TC 6v6 teams who are willing to play two nights a week doing highlander (thursday to saturday, days tbd).

I've been a bit late with paying for the dedi box (it has been paid now but processing may take up to 3 days) and it runs out tomorrow :(

Hiya everyone :D

It's time to clear up the current situation in regard to leadership within TC. As Spike doesn't have time to do all the work on his own, he has assigned a team of 4 (including himself) to look after the running of the clan.

Now, I am well aware of the "problems" that arrised when Oxy was "Team Manager" Which is why I want to stress, we're not here to manage everything you do, we are primarily involved in growing and improving TC as a whole, and trying to expand it. Some of our ideas are in mumble, and some are still being thought about and considered. Any suggestions for ideas should be made to one of these leaders.

So without further ado, here is the admin lineup:

And we welcome back Oxy as our 4th admin.

We would like to ask all members of TC to support this, however, should you have any issues with this change, feel free to message any of the aforementioned people and please do share your concerns - don't think that you should keep your opinions to yourself, we will listen to any complaints and ideas.

Just to let people know whats going on. After what we can all agree was a week filled with drama, things have calmed down again, and some changes are being made to the TC leadership, but more on that later.
After everything had been said last week, and tempers were calm(er), ownage tried his best to apologize for things he had said, and due to the problems between him and oxy being sorted out, and it being decided that a lot of things were said/done that week were out of anger, its my pleasure to welcome (.) ownagepie back into TC. As one final note, it would be personally apprieciated if we could move on from all the drama, and get back to doing what Team Colonslash does best, being a nice friendly community<3

This guy makes a good point. You HAVE TO schedule your games on time. The scheduling deadline is a WEEK before the match deadline - that means you should schedule your week 2 game in the week you play your week 1 game. Preferably even earlier. Make an effort to try to get your game scheduled even if your opponent does not. What happened on the matchpages linked here is *unacceptable*.

Not only are you being a hassle for your opponent by not scheduling, but also to the league admins. They have LOADS of work going through all the matches setting default dates. Remember that default dates are set to the preference of the team that DID bother to schedule, so make sure that - if it has to come to that point - this is *your* preference and not that of your opponent.

There is not one valid excuse I can think of to not have your game scheduled well in advance, or at the very least have made an attempt to do so.

We are Team Colonslash - we are lenient, pro-active and we take initiative, even when the opponent does not.

p.s. be reasonable when using wildcards - you only have 2!
p.p.s. always use the matchpage to log steam conversations - this comes in very handy in case of disputes

Just using TC's main team's steam group to gather all the TC members until our forums are live (indeed, they're STILL not finished).

Please add your team's members to this group if you haven't yet, and delete members who have left your team.

Also please get your avatars sorted; you may contact Datenshi for this (preferably through your team leader).
