That sucks man. But you have to understand that you have a rather unique situation. Most parents think its smart to pay kids for chores to understand the point of a job. Sorry they won't buy you stuff, but thats how it goes sometimes. When you can get your own money you'll appreciate all the things you can eventually buy, a lot more

Are you sure? My parents say that its useless to give me money for doing manual labor, a.k.a. chores. They refuse to, literally. They say that its "My responsibility to do this stuff anyway and giving me money would be spoiling me. Right now my computer setup is over 10 years old. I have no paid for games on steam, my entire steam account is free2play. My parents have literally not bought me anything that I've wanted for over 5 years, probably more. So yeah... (And by "Are you sure" I didn't mean to sound threatening if that was what it seemed like)

An earlier warning. This weekend is another guildwars 2 open beta weekend. You need to pre-purchase the game to play. And anyone is welcome to 'tag along' and play along side us. In the open world you can help us, in close instances you can't. But you can do those by yourselves and meet back up afterwards again!
