What if he just wanted to take up life seriously? Maybe went off to fix, or get a better life. Maybe find a job, or who knows. Maybe something with his family stopped him from continuing his work.. It might have been a sudden change in him, not specifically something that happened to him. But, you can't be sure. No one in this world is logical, since everyone follows his own sense of "logic". For him, quitting up the whole gaming career suddenly without a goodbye could be the most easy choice.

I agree, Butt. Would be nice with a "good bye", or alternatively that he kept in touch, and played PVK, while not hosting servers anymore. It's very drastical to cut people off like that, without even hearing their opinions on the matter.

I also would like to talk to him with respect potential challenges of hosting a server like CC. Such information would surely be convenient if some of us Europeans decided to pick up the torch when it comes to European LTS.

I totally support any decisions he makes in the matter, and I can understand the need to cut oneself off from things in order to attain goals, but I do at least wish that there was a more formal goodbye

Butt, it seems like his forum account still exist, he has just edited all his posts to "account deleted".

His Steam account also exist, he has just removed everyone and has private profile.

Not sure about the Youtube account though.

Yesterday, before I got invited to this group (while Thulfir was no longer on my friend list, but the server was still running), I checked his Steam Profile. I think he had previously gone by an alias (Steam name) along the lines of "AFK back on May 27th". I might have misread it, but this is what I recall seeing.

This disappearance does however seem a bit too drastical to be a simple "AFK". Does anyone know Thulfir IRL? I just hope that the guy is ok...

If he doesn't show up, it might be a good idea to make a post on the forum explaining "why" the Cannacon servers are no longer up and running. The CC branded servers have been quite popular for a long time. I guess people would appreciate knowing why they can no longer find them in the server list.

Untill then, we'll just have to wait I guess...
