Doc I like your idea, since the average cosmetic is about 1 ref. Also, to keep rich guys from winning [by a lot] we can set a limit on the amount of stuff you can donate.

I think for the raffle, if you want to have a chance to win, you have to donate items. And nice items too, not just a scrap or whatever. Decent hats, paint, nice stranges, etc. The more you donate, the higher chance you have to win. Say each ref worth of items gets you one "ticket." So the people who donate more, have a higher chance of winning, but the people who don't still have a chance. Or maybe that's not a good idea because somebody could donate 10 keys of stuff and then that person is almost guarunteed to win. So maybe not a good idea. I dunno, I just live here.
