Yes I might of either given some countries more or less then intended. I needed that purple nation to contend atleast with that huge Ethiopian nation so you might notice a couple territories missing.

What I would suggest, even if the map needs filling, is to stick to the App's territories shown and if no one applies there for a day or two, suggest one fills it or make a mod-owned nation. That way we don't have Super-German-Reich-of-Doom (Germany, Switzerreich and the Scandinavians) or how I got went from just the plain states of America to owning Utah, Colorado, Idaho and Wyoming (Some partial plains and Rocky Mountain States)
