Without geting in to much detail this is what we can offer:

-We have multiple "practices" during the week (we play against and with each other)
-Training instructors to help our members to improve
-Our own Ranking system to reward active members
-We have one of the biggest TS3 servers
-Own server
-And you will have 4 other ppl to play mix/matchmaking everyday everytime
