Texas becomes the 21st state to pass constitutional carry allowing Texans to freely carry firearms without a permit. The LTC system is still in place for reciprocity reasons and make buying firearms in the state of Texas quicker and faster due to no background check.

There are a number of states that allow Permitless carry for years. Arizona; for example Has had this law for over 10 years and crime has gone down.

Just goes to prove that the freedom of owning firearms regulates criminals and keeps the citizens safe.
