I have a technical question.

Over Christmas, I bought a friend Supreme Commander: FA, however, we have been unable to play due to bugs. Whenever he tires to change his resolution, the game grey screens and won't close. (The resolution is so awful he can't even play.) Is there a way to fix this? He has windows 8.

So I recently got the idea of building my own map in Supreme Commander (Forged Alliance), but bumped into a problem. I got the official mapeditor, and it works fine except one little thing. When I got my Elevation Brush windo up, it doesn't show any brushes...
I know the software may be outdated, but I am hoping some of you guys may know what is wrong. Because I don't.

You leave your team mates alone after a bad game without even giving your units and let things get even worse... This is not to be expected from an SGI player...
We can teach you how to get better, no problems. But i cant teach you how to play in a team, if u dont get it u should uninstall supreme commander right now

@iStravinsky, no clients required, we mostly play Steam FA, but quite a few of us play FAF as well.

The one thing you will need is our community map pack, which you can find here:

For those who might not have noticed, SGI now has another contributor to our announcements feed. Critical Failure will be dropping in and sharing a number of useful links/reviews/sales with us about all things strategy :)

If you have interest in contributing as well, get in tough with me, everything is pretty freeform at the moment, but we might look into adding some forums etc for certain things if the need comes up.
