Baltic States Mod!
Wow, this game is VERY easily moddable. I decided to make the Baltic States playable, AND use historical units that the game didn't put in. The capital of Lithuania, Vilnius, and the Capital of Estonia, Tallinn, are also now in. Along with an aircrafe force of 9, and a commander +5 units/1 army.
