They can't really solve this since SteamGridDB is primarily a hub for user-created assets made by users. Any stuff that is related to the functionality... ask Valve about this. But tbh, I don't expect them to do anything, since they can't even update their mobile Steam app properly.
Grids with severe defects are considered "low quality assets" and are subject to removal per the site rules. On the contrary, if SGDB mods didn't remove grids with severe defects, that would be the actual example of "no real quality control".
SGDB supports the standard Steam library asset sizes. Vertical grids are 600x900 and horizontal grids are 460x215 (or 920x430).

You uploaded your grids as vertical grids, but they should have been submitted as horizontal grids. Because of that, they are rendered at the wrong aspect ratio and appear severely stretched.
This despite an obvious overall lack of quality in countless of grids, including complete blank ones. So, I decided to delete all my grids and not upload any more, gg. Posting this here since I don't use discord and there's no way of communicating on your site.
