WTF Valve, you say you allow resizing the Settings window in this update, but you made it utterly useless by not allowing us to shrink this obscenely large menu, only expand/enlarge it.

The minimum/default window size even appears to have been increased somewhat, so it no longer fits AT ALL on 720p viewports (without the taskbar obscuring it on both 10 or 11, be it in small or large mode for 10), which includes users of higher resolution screens who use Windows DPI scaling to reach that same size (e.g. 1080p 150%).

u can change the sound urself by replacing "...\Steam\steamui\sounds\desktop_toast_default.wav"

Just to be more specific, you need to start Steam with -noverifyfiles so that the client doesn't override the sound the next time you start it.

This is my favorite update.

Steam shuts down by itself. Fix it.
