I recently whipped out my old steam link to use in my new home. I am so glad to see that despite being discontinued valve is still supporting it. Honestly, this company is genuinely the best,

Nah. I have trash PC and steam runs fine, your PC must be super trash

I am not saying that the interface is super unoptimized crap. But, this type of advice is why optimizing things is not in the priority.
