It's hard, since the issue is an nVidia driver bug. Drivers are meant to prevent any such crash, user mode applications are meant to be unable to ever cause such a crash. Anytime you experience such a thing, it's a driver bug.
However, we do understand the issue seems to have become more common after a prior Steam update and we have tried to avoid the GPU functionality that seems to trigger the nVidia driver bug. Those fixes are in this beta update, so hopefully it's much less likely this happens. The ultimate fix will have to come from nVidia and we certainly hope such a fix comes soon.
Thank you for addressing this. Did you already contact nVidia about this issue?
When new Steam UI was rolled out for some time this feature worked when you remove the game from account its achievements removed as well. Dont know why you guys changed it back as it was.
I'm not seeing anything related to skins, can you point it out?
Valve really needs to fix this. When I'm playing with a controller, I either have to deal with that tiny Overlay, or put down the controller to browse with my keyboard and mouse. Otherwise, I have to use that Big Picture Mode that makes my PC act like a console, completely giving up the mouse and keyboard.
