Thank you. (honestly, ty! i wanted that hotkey. lol)

I've been having a problem with the Steam overlay for months.
Every time I open the Steam overlay (SHIFT+TAB), all I see is black.
When I click on "open" windows within the Steam overlay, where I know roughly where they were, they only appear.
The buttons, time display, etc. are no longer displayed at all.
For the control buttons at the bottom of the screen, I have to open and close the Steam overlay several times to see their positions, because they are only visible for a very short time.
This is the only way I can use the Steam overlay, and I don't know how to fix it, so I politely request a solution, if one exists. If this is a bug, I would appreciate a fix :)

I need the hotkey to cycle switch instead of between off and whatever last. I'm used to have the fps counter on all the time but I don't want the full details on all the time so I need to be able to switch between those two instead of turning it off

Please fix the UI scale if you launch a game from desktop mode in PC, but with the in-game Big Picture interface (using the "Use Big Picture if there is a controller connected" option). If you use it like that, the UI scale in the in-game interface is broken and doesn't do anything. It has been like that for more than a year now.

I think my issue with this is if steam doesn't already have access to this metric I wouldn't want it to be more invasive

Fix the Steam Overlay, which keeps breaking when using the Alt+Tab combination.
