The Steam Recording feature has stopped exporting video clips entirely. When attempting to export any clip, the process immediately fails and displays the error message: "Failed to export, please try again."

This error is persistent and occurs regardless of the game being played. The function is currently unusable, as no export attempts are successful.

Impact:

This bug has rendered the built-in recording feature obsolete. I have been forced to switch back to using third-party software, like OBS Studio, to record my gameplay, as Steam Recording is no longer a reliable option.
