[BUG] "Take Screenshot at Current Playback" not working
I am unable to take screenshots in the timeline viewing/editing tool when I'm handling clips or viewing the timeline in the Steam overlay in a game. However, this feature works correctly when it's a background recording viewed the "Recordings and Screenshots" application.

This issue is present on at least two of my games, regardless of whether I'm using H.264 or HEVC encoding.

Already tried: restart Steam, restart PC, change Screenshot button, change Screenshot output folder.

Workaround: use the background recording if available, or export the clip and use external software to extract a screenshot from the video.

Steam version: 1731433018 (12 Nov 2024)
Platform: Windows 11, Version 23H2
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4090 (MSI Ventus)
Driver version: 566.03 (22 Oct 2024)
Game: Horizon Forbidden West, and THE FINALS
Other rec software: formerly OBS, currently none

For me, turning off recording in settings fixed it, and it's still working even after turning recording back on too.

First time using the records feature, which is super nice actually
this little bugger is a bit annoying, but there's other ways of taking a ss, i suppose.
