I have a Wave 3 microphone, and after disabling the automatic gain, it works perfectly. However, it's too loud when using Steam's game recording feature, and I'm baffled that there's no simple slider beneath the "Record Microphone" checkbox to adjust the volume.

Please consider adding this feature.
