Merry Spoopmas

A while ago, I was do the search, the thing that floats out, I can't click it. I click, it go. Disappear when I try to click. That was on RMfS's GNU_/_Linux. So I assume it's a robe and wizard hat thing.

But this is Windows. And it's still happening.

Should add, this is on the Community Hub page, not the store front, and while it fails most times, it does go sometimes.
