On the current beta client it has broken audio with the Steam Link app on iOS devices, apparently also reported on the Steam Link hardware itself, rolling back to Stable branch fixes the issue, so something during beta updates has caused this bug. All Steam Streaming audio playback options are enabled and reinstalling Steam Link App twice did not fix anything but rolling back to Stable branch did fix the audio.
