Adobe creative cloud is opening after every time i close a steam game.
Ever since basically the start of this year, every time i close a steam game, Creative cloud decides to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ open up for no god forsaken and i've tried everything to fix the issue, but nothing ever works, because the next time i close a steam game, IT ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ OPENS UP. i've tried to end the processes in task manager, no score. i've tried searcing for it on the internet, only one other case that fits my issue, but doesn't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ solve the issue. i am at my last straw before i just uninstall everything adobe and reinstall it.

I'm assuming it's the Steam Client pressing a button combination that is somehow assigned to some sorta shortcut that pulls up Adobe Creative for you, as I've had similar, yet slightly different issues with my controller activating shortcuts after using the "guide" button chord to turn up or down music.

I forget how I specifically fixed it, but I can tell you that I had to change shortcut keys on my PC. Sorry I can't help further than that, but I hope that gives you some sort of lead, good luck and hopefully valve fixes unwanted button presses when those keys aren't even being used by the controller.

I've been getting this bug as well. Even more annoyingly, I'm also getting a bug that force quits Discord whenever I open an online multiplayer game. I don't suppose I have to explain why that one's pissing me off.

I'm having this issue as well. And I have not found any fix for about a year :/

I've found the cause. It's the Node.JS process (in the Task Manager) that's linked to the Adobe Creative Cloud app. I killed the process, started a game and the problem was gone. Now I just need to disable Node.JS from starting when Windows starts.

I've known about the Node.Js connection for most of my time with this issue.

I've basically surmised that Adobe being weird has something to do with me trying to solve an issue with a HHD i got (It was fried by me being stupid) and me entering Bios multiple times to figure that out eventually, causing Adobe's update files to get corrupted (like in the sense of adobe and all of the important stuff still being accessible, but the files to update Adobe got corrupted and causes it to act weird) which at this point im used to as like you said you just need to kill all of the adobe processes and it'll not act up until your next boot-up from sleep and hell i've even found even more weirdness with this as it doesn't act up if you haven't installed the latest windows bullcrap update. So yea, as soon as there's no longer a need for me to have adobe for anything school related, in just going to take the steps to do a clean uninstall of everything adobe from the computer.

Same thing is happening to me. It happens everytime I use Steam, GOG or the Xbox app. Pain in the a**. I tried doing a repair on Adobe and uninstall/reinstall but didn't help. It also just randomly started about a month ago. Never had the issue before. I wish I would of notice what I did before it started happening.

I'm also having this issue, after fully uninstalling and reinstalling cc and all apps it's still happening. Insane that this is still a problem more than 2 years after this thread was started. Guess I just have to keep it minimized in the bg?
It seems to be most full screen apps not just steam related btw

apparently, all you need to do to fix adobe is to upgrade your PC
that's what i did at the start of the year and now i've haven't been bothered by adobe since.

it may not be the case for you guys, but it's been 8 months since i got bombarded by adobe since i upgraded my computer for monster hunter wilds. that and maybe just treat adobe like a rabid dog and don't use it and then it'll maybe learn to behave, IDK.
