Dynamic collections and multiple tags
It seems like if you select multiple tags, it filters only to games which have ALL the selected tags (ie tag1 AND tag2). It would be great if you had the option to change this to games with any of those tags (ie tag1 OR tag2). I love the idea of dynamic collections and I think this would make them even more usable.

Yes, this please. A specific example where this would be useful: Some co-op games are tagged with just "co-op". Some are tagged with just "local co-op" or "online co-op". When I make a collection that has all these tags I want to see all games that include at least one of the three tags. Right now it only shows games that include all three so it's only a handful of titles rather than all co-op games that I own.

This, give use both AND and OR arguments in the collections. more options is better.

+1 There should also be an option to exclude certain tags. The idea of dynamic collections is great, but atm they are quite bare bones.

I really need this. I want to make a dynamic collection for games that I can play via Steam Link and I want it to include games that are either Visual Novels or Turn Based ones, not just games that are both.

It isn't at least for now and over the last year we have seen no indication they are listening to coherent criticism *or* feature requests.

Don't think this has happened yet, I have to make many collections to see all my games with different tags I'd like to put into one collection.
Local Co-op, Local Multiplayer, 4 Player Local, and Co-op are 4 tags that I wish I could put into one collection for example

Wound up here after trying to find out how to have multiple tags for a collections. Very sad now. I really really really hope Valve/Steam add this function...

Exactly, tags should be able to be added, excluded and equivalents marked and there is no reason for library categories to be missing that capability.
