ISSUE
When clicking on "Achievements" in the game header and scrolling up while the animation to scroll to the Achievements section is playing, a little bit of height is lost below the top navigation bar (Store/Library/Community) and a thin black bar appears above the bottom navigation bar (Add a game/Manage Downloads/Friends & Chat). For the most part, this doesn't go away across page navigations, and will go away (guaranteed) if I scroll around the trading cards section of a game.

STEPS
1. Select a Steam game with achievements
2. Click on the "Achievements" header, and right after the scroll animation plays (but not before it ends), scroll up

RESULTS
Observe the black bar above the bottom navigation, and removed space below the top navigation.

EXPECTED
No spacing changes, no black bar appearing.
