I am opening this ticket to report a technical malfunction in the Steam Client related to language selection. This is a bug report, not a suggestion or comment.

Problem Summary:

The Arabic language option is completely missing from the dropdown menu under the "Interface" settings. I am unable to change the client language to Arabic because the option does not appear at all.

Issue Confirmation: My Windows OS fully supports the Arabic language.

Troubleshooting Steps Completed (No Success):

I have executed all standard troubleshooting methods to resolve this, but the option remains missing:

1. Confirmed that the Steam Client is fully up to date.

2. Attempted to resolve the issue by changing the Download Region and restarting.

3. Performed a deep client refresh by manually deleting the 'appcache' folder and restarting Steam.

4. Checked the Interface settings multiple times after each step, and the Arabic option is still not listed.

I kindly request technical assistance to investigate why the necessary language files are not being loaded by my client, or to provide a manual command/solution to force the Arabic language option to appear.
