Looks like Valve isn't deleting expired cards from the 'In Progress' page anymore, there is an option to sell the cards but this breaks the entire Steam Client and results in a black screen, you have to restart the Steam client.

Valve has always deleted the expired cards so I contacted them and Steam support says to post a thread here?

It would be great if Valve just deleted the expired cards from the 'In Progress' page as this makes no sense, how can an expired card be in progress? Its illogical.
