ISSUE
Social media links listed on community hubs and announcements ("More ways to connect") don't correctly open outside of Steam. Instead they open directly inside the Steam client.

STEPS

• Open the announcement (linked above) inside the Steam client
  
• Scroll down to the bottom
  
• Click on any social media icon under "More ways to connect" (for example, Facebook)

RESULTS
The social media site loads directly inside the Steam client.
There is no "You are leaving Steam" warning page.

EXPECTED
The social media site opens outside of Steam in the default browser.
The usual "You are leaving Steam" page should appear.
