Video player in Steam app for Android not working.

Has anyone any insight on this? It's impossible to enjoy a game video within the app. You press play and it plays for a few seconds before it jumps to the next picture or what not! It's super annoying! I can't believe there are the same complaints from 2021 and Steam hasn't fixed it yet! This issue is so annoying really! Come on people, fix this bug already! 🙂✌️
