Issue
joystic to mouse, and Gyro mouse movement becomes not smooth and start to jump/ skip when using any frame limiter.
Steps
Call of duty MW2 (2009), use joystick to mouse, go in game, use steam os built in frame limiter/ MANGOHUD/ dxvk frame limit commands. Use stick or gyro to move camera in game. If use external mouse it does not happen.

Expected behaviour,
Joystick to mouse moves smooth
