ISSUE:
Link to community guidelines from the notification that appears after you've had your name, or profile removed seems broken, provides error 400, bad gateway

OS:
Windows 11

STEPS:

• have your steam name, or profile removed for breaking guidelines
  
• navigate to your profile
  
• edit your profile
  
• navigate to either your name, or profile picture, and to the red notification box alerting you of the restriction on changing your name/profile picture
  
• click on the linked text "Community Rules and Guidelines"
  
  RESULTS:
  A new window opens, with ERROR 400, bad gateway; as well as "nginx" below
  
  EXPECTED:
  I am taken to a new page that explains and details the community guidelines.
