*ISSUE*
Steams game recording simply does not work on Terraria.

*OS*
Nitro 5, Windows 11

*STEPS*
I open terraria
I click to start recording manually, it starts, I finish the recording
It always gets stuck on 00-00 with the error: "No Recording Available"

*RESULTS*
No matter what I do I cannot record at all

*EXPECTED*
To be able to record

*What I've tried*
- Changing where my saved steam recordings are located
- Updating steam
- Joining the Steam Beta
- Changing terrarias resolution, from fullscreen to windowed, and vice-versa
- Tried waiting for longer periods to see if the video actually manages to record after a certain time
- Restarted Steam
- Checked Disk Space
- Turned off 'Frame Skip' on terraria settings
- Tried true fullscreen (Alt + Enter)
- Running Terraria as ADMIN
- Verified integrity of game files

Also tried recording different games on the same machine with the same configs
Phasmophobia, BLoons and brawlhalla
All perfectly recorded, terraria is the only one who didint
