The window in-client and in-overlay crashes when one tries to add funds to their steam wallet

STEPS
Select "View my wallet" from the main menu
Attempt to add funds and fill out your card credentials and billing information
Click proceed

Or

Initiate a purchase in any game that supports transactions via steam wallet funds (tested on magic: the gathering arena)
Select amount to add in wallet funds
Fill in card credentials and billing information
Click Proceed

RESULTS
The window (or overlay) crashes and restarts and you will not be able to proceed with the purchase

EXPECTED
Being taken to the "verify your order" page where the transaction gets finalized (and potential EU 3D verification)
