This Community Hub is not available in your region. ( fixed )
Some communities have become inaccessible to me, because of this, even tho I was able to post in them previously

seems to be a rolling issue, had the same problem a day ago with the steam for linux hub but it was sorted today ... maybe valve is prepping servers for some new rollout or something.

Delisted games, banned games, region restricted games and others will have this, even if you own the games in question.

I just checked and I can access some unlisted on the Steam store communities..
Still cannot get access to some other communities tho, it's so strange

Still noting changed, cannot access communities, because : This Community Hub is not available in your region.

could you perhaps provide a link to said community hubs?
then i could check if that goes for my region too. but currently got no idea where to check it as i dont play the games mentioned

Those are both fine for me, in the US.
Thanks for clarifying it !

These games have regional versions and several forums for each version of the game, but previously I could still post in any of these communities.

Edit. It was fixed for me, I now can again post in these communities
