ISSUE
The DLC tab in BG3's Properties screen and on the game's detail page (in library) are completely missing the DLC section.

STEPS
Own the Digital Deluxe Upgrade OR the free Toolkit Data
Select LIBRARY from the main menu
Select ALL GAMES
Select Baldur's Gate 3
1) Right-click and select Properties, OR
2) Scroll down in the game's detail page and look for the Manage My DLC section

RESULTS
There's no where to "Manage My DLC". I can't download the Toolkit Data.

EXPECTED
A place to Manage My DLC so I can download the Toolkit Data.

EXTRA
- Trying to click download on the Toolkit Data DLC from its DLC page launches BG3 instead.
- Switching between the Steam Beta and "regular" Steam doesn't fix the issue.
- Switching between making the game private or not doesn't fix the issue.
- Closing and opening Steam doesn't fix the issue.
- My husband has the game as well and he's part of our family library, the Manage My DLC option shows up for him.
- I own the Digital Deluxe upgrade and it's installed and working normally.
