Since the latest beta (1760566251) the High Contrast Mode toggle does not work anymore. I can't enable it. Nothing happens when I flip the toggle on or off.

Also, the Steam Client reset the window size and position after updating to this beta and also ignores my previously set spell correction language. Spell corrections do NOT appear in the context menu and every word is underlined in red now.

EDIT: As described below, the folder for the browser cache got changed, so a different file needed to be changed to enable custom dictionaries.

Please fix these issues.
