Game Collector badge.
The badge states 1 Game Owned regardless of amount of paid owned games and the number on the badge itself for everyone.

It isn't the Profile Features Limited or Learning phase games making this count only 1 either.

Lots of fun bugs of late. Wonder what's next.

It seems not for everyone but at a certain amount of games owed it'll state only having one.

This issue seems fixed now, those with 2k+ - 10k+ can be seen correctly again.
