ISSUE
I try to view enlarged images of workshop items, but parts of the image are cut off. You can see screenshots illustrating the problem here: https://imgur.com/a/R8nFDMy .

As you can see from the posted screenshots, the enlarged view cuts of part of the top and bottom.

I expect to be able to see the full image when clicking on enlarge image.


OS
Windows 10, with the latest steam client beta (this issue also exists with the regular launcher, but couldn't find a bug report form for that version).

STEPS
Select LIBRARY from the main menu
Select any game with workshop support.
Select any item with large screenshots
Click on a image to enlarge it.

RESULTS
The image is enlarged but cut off.

EXPECTED
The image is enlarged but either fully visible in the viewport or scrollable
