The first attempt was Divine Knockout, which successfully started transferring to Steam Deck. The second attempt, which failed, was FF7 Remake.
You just start the install on the Steam Deck and it'll automatically detect and transfer from the PC (it'll show both on PC/SteamDeck whether it is working)
The logging for the feature appears to be here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\logs\content_log.txt

After temporarily disabling the firewall, LNGT works as expected.
