If you are in-game and want to invite someone with whom you are playing.Click Shift+Tab then in the press Player list Current Game or Recent and find this man in list of other players and do the same operation like on my previous post lol.

Simply come on your friends steam-page and in the right corner you will see "Send a message,Invite to group,View Inventory".Then invite him to the group you want.
