If you want to auto spectate the games, you can use the console command below.

dota_spectator_auto_spectate_games <leagueid>

In this case, we're trying to auto spectate TI3 so we use

dota_spectator_auto_spectate_games 65006

If you want to stop auto spectating, replace the league id to 0.

dota_spectator_auto_spectate_games 0
