We are planning on changing the teams name. If you have a idea, put it in discussions. If a name gets more then 4 people to agree to it it will be officially considered and if multiple names get supports we will put them together and vote.

End of Season + Update

At the end of season 8, we have ranked 50th in the NA East division. Very well done for a team on it's first season who had several major issues during the season! We will start working on plans for the next season soon.

Also, a update: I will not be around until at least Wednesday due to a very busy schedule, including some medical tests. Any questions or concerns about the team should go to sPOOKY or Kitty.

Practice Details + Final Game of the Season!

Our final game of CEVO's regular season will be on Tuesday, at 8 PM EST (5 PM for sPOOKY and 2 AM Wednesday for Kitty). The map played will be de_mirage vs. Shift.cs.

I believe I have found a dedicated server host for practice. The only negative I found in testing it was grenade trajectory not working, though I play on contacting the company supplying the server's support to ask about that. It will fix peoples lag issues from our current practice servers, so no matter what it fixes 1 key issue.

We will have practices Saturday, Sunday and Monday for our final match. On Saturday we will discuss and plan out the default set-ups, a A-site execute and a possible B-site execute. After discussing and planning things out, it would be nice if everyone on the starting lineup would do a matchmaking game on mirage and record a demo of themselves, PM'ing me the demo files once done.

On Sunday, we will go over site executes more to solidify the plans and smokes, and more matchmaking will be planned if possible.

On Monday, executes will be gone over 1 more time to make sure everything is fresh and solid in everyones minds, and I will discuss anything that could be improved upon from watching people's demos. If anyone wants to MM one last time after, that would work nicely.

The starting lineup (in case it was forgotten) will be sPOOKY, Kitty, tryhardAnarchy, RustyS and DeathSod. We are the away team for the match.

Practice times will be Saturday at 1:30 PM EST, Sunday at 2 PM EST, and Monday at 8 PM EST. I may not be able to make the Sunday time.

Practice + Changes

Practice is scheduled for tomrrow (Sunday) at 2 PM EST (11 AM PST, 8 PM for Kitty <3). The map for this week is dust2. I've suggested Monday at 8 PM EST for a match time.

Now, for changes: I will be moving to team manager and sub, once a new starter has been firmly set. My goals as manager will be to keep us on a better schedule (more practice and more uniform game times), finding a solid practice server, looking into the possibility of sponsorships, and helping sPOOKY with strategy whenever possible. Ideally I would like to play our next match, as dust2 is my favorite and best map, but hopefully a new starter could be found before the last week of CEVO's regular season.

As a final note, I am currently dealing with some health issues, along with having school and other things going on. I can and will keep up with the team better, though I will not be online quite as much as when the season started.

If you have any questions, I'm available, just message me and I'll answer anything ASAP.

Next Match + Roster Adjustment

First and foremost: Our next match will be played Sunday at 2 PM EST. It is expected that you be around ~15 minutes before the match if your playing. Be ready to check in as soon as possible.

Second: Due to school restraints, IGNACE will no longer be a starter. RustyS will move up as our new starter.

Roster Change + Next Match

As some of you know, Moosh was banned last night from CEVO for cheating. After looking into it further today, it has been found that he has cheated and ban evaded multiple times, and the anti-client picked him up last night. Due to this, he has been permabanned from CEVO, our game vs. Nature Dudes reverted, and he has now been kicked from the Spectre CS:GO lineup.

With the new hole in our starting lineup, tryhardAnarchy will now move up to fill his role. Anarchy has proven himself to be a extremely solid player over our last 2 matches, and I have no doubt will keep the hole filled.

Despite the new 16-0 loss on our record, we still rank 268th across all the CEVO-FREE conferences. While Moosh may have been a talented looking player, I have zero doubt we can continue on and win with what we got easily.

Our next match will be Saturday at 2 PM EST on de_inferno. If we could meet 2 hours earlier (12 PM EST) to try and discuss strategy this would be wonderful. Kitty has a easy way to discuss everything, and no doubt sPOOKY will have some ideas.

Next 2 Matches

Tomorrow we have a match vs. 5ync Gaming @ 2 PM EST (please convert if your unsure what the difference is between you and me, though I think I've asked around for that information). We will be playing on cobblestone, and it is expected you be around ~15 minutes before the match. sPOOKY would like to have everyone around at 12:30 PM EST to discuss strategy and possibly do some form of scrimmage if possible.

Our second match will now be on Monday, at 8:15 PM EST vs. Joystick Jostlers on Season. As long as no one else is unable to attend that time tryhardAnarchy will subsitute for me for that match.

I feel confident in us, feel like this is a really solid lineup, let's get a 1-0 on that record \o/

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

Just wanted to post a few quick reminders for y'all before the season truly begins.

1) Our first match is scheduled for Saturday, at 2 PM EST. I believe I gave timezone differences for Kitty and Moosh, but if you want to double check you can always go to http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html and put the date/time in and use the location U.S.A - Ohio - Canton for my exact time.

2) Current official roster and roles. Currently our CEVO lists me (d.j.), sPOOKY, IGNACE, Kitty, Moosh, and tryhardAnarchy. There are a few people still listed within this group not on the CEVO roster, and if your interested still just send me a message. Roles are as follows: dj (entry fragger), sPOOKY (IGL), IGNACE (lurk), Kitty (AWPer), Moosh (Support), and tryhardAnarchy (sub). sPOOKY said he is working on some strats, which he should have set by Saturday. If you wanna add him and discuss your roles in these strategies, that is all good.

3) If anyone else like me didn't have the CEVO client installed yet, you can always go here (http://cevo.com/event/cs-globaloffensive/downloads/) and download the CEVO CS:GO Client. It is required in games.

4) Because I overthink and am a pain, it would also relieve my hypertension if the rules got read (http://cevo.com/event/cs-globaloffensive/rules/). They are kinda important.

5) That is about it. We should have another game coming up on Monday/Tuesday after this (still working out the scheduling), but once we get through these first games we should be set. Any more questions leave on this group forum or message me.
