I'm just as confused as you are buddy but it's not too much of a problem because the new one ovverites whatever old lights.rad is being loaded from the void of space.

Hey so I checked the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Source SDK Base 2013 Multiplayer directory for a lights.rad and none exist, I made my own .rad file called customlights.rad and Vrad still loads a lights.rad from )somewhere( and overrides the lights.rad with my customlights.rad. So all works here but I still don't know where this lights.rad file is that hammer is loading from customConfig and vrad -v isn't giving me any more information :/

Which lights.rad does CustomConfig use? I've created my own in the CustomConfig root directory where the gameinfo.txt is but hammer isn't using it? I'm confused.
