How to install?

i need some help for install this program.
The help post says " Unzip and Launch SourceSDK launcher."
what is this exactly mean?
where should i unzip this ZIP file.
Even if i unzip this file,Source Multi-Tool can't find any game without DoTA2.
When i run this program and click the Setup custom config, ERROR4 has appeared.

p.s i installed Source SDK and Source SDK 2013 Multiplayer and ran once.

Unzip the Source MultiTool folder anywhere you want, for example I have it on my desktop.

You might need administrator privileges to be able to use the program as it uses your systems registry keys to find where steam is located.

If you are still not seeing any games after that please use the debug tab and tell me what info it fills in when you press "Get Debug Info"

Directory : C:/program files (x86)/steam
VProject set to : D:\Steam\steamapps\common\garrysmod\garrysmod

Can you post a picture of what the drop down list looks like for you? It should have listed any games you have installed.

It looks like it might be an issue with my program not being able to read the characters correctly due to language settings. I'll see if there's a way I can fix this.
