There is FacePoser in SFM SDK. You can launch it by creating a shortcut to faceposer.exe file at [path to Steam folder]\steamapps\common\sourcefilmmaker\game\bin\hl and set an cmd-line option -game
[path to Steam folder]\steamapps\common\sourcefilmmaker\game\usermod. So your shortcut would be like that:

"[path to Steam folder]\steamapps\common\sourcefilmmaker\game\bin\hl" -game "[path to Steam folder]\steamapps\common\sourcefilmmaker\game\usermod"

Just don't forget to change [path to Steam folder] at this line.

Maybe someone knows how to use VCD-files in the new SFM?
One way is to use tf_testvcd command. Any one else?
