The SE1 servers were shut down by GameSpy, who turned them off without warning. The problem with the SEV2 servers is just a bug, no one is quite sure what the issue is. I'd suggest that you complain to Rebellion Support to make sure they don't forget about the problem.

Hi guys,

As you all know Our Server and many other servers have been removed and not showing up in Steam Lobby, if you guys could sign this Petition to try and force Rebellion and Steam into getting them fixed that would be great!

If you think it doesn't effect you?, think again!, Sniper Elite 1 Server were closed down ( without warning ) when Sniper elite V2 came out, sniper elite 3 is due out soon!...Could the same happen again leaving many players in the same position again?

@Cr[o]zZ - If the demo runs smoothly then the full game may be ok too. However they have made a number of changes to the rendering code since the demo was released; also the demo level is only part of a game level, so the performance of the full game could be less as it has to do more work. If in doubt I'd suggest contacting support and asking them.

i downloaded the demo to test if i can run the game...
("can you run it" said i don't reach the mimimum req's to play the game, but on the demo it runs smooth though... )
will i be able to play the full game smoothly to? yes right?
