I have a question about uploading a mod to the Steam workshop: After the upload, will I be able to edit the description? Will I be able to upload additional images for the mod?

Hey Guys,
I downloaded Dawnguard today and as far as I know it's installed.
Now there's one problem: Skyrim doesn't work. At main menu it goes down... Can someone give advices?
