I would suggest you do your own research and to find out what you want from it. But if you are looking for the more complex and superior as a module overall then I say go for the PMDG 737.

iFly's 737 is very high quality as well, so either will give you a rather good experience.

Essentially it comes down to cost effectiveness, if you want to save a little money and still have a good experience go for iFly, if you want the best of the best than go PMDG.
