The jobs are:
Owner=Player of the Week, Kicking and banning other admins.

2nd Owner(Bigwig)= Kicking/banning other members

3rd owner({IKtR}ME ME X})= Discussing with all of the other members even the Chief Admin for who to kick out of the Admin job.

4th Owner(Andrew.May)= Then you have the same job as the 3rd owner, but you are the same value as the 2nd owner.

Now, since I have ordered out the jobs to you 3 I wont you to do those rules in an oderly fashion.
