(In case you're still looking for a V&S build, I use
Gun: Damage, range, and attack speed.
Spike Dive: Double spikes, flat off damage, and +range
Smoke Screen: Size, solar per enemy in cloud, and invisibilty
Utilities: Piggy Bank, Solar Tree, and Boots)
