Fake Xmas-themed antivirus campaign goes viral

Christmas is just around the corner —and so are holiday-themed spam malware campaigns, including one offering fake antivirus software.

One such fake antivirus campaign disguises itself as a spam email fearuing a Christmas-themed UPS delivery notice, according to security vendor GFI Labs.

"Here’s a rather seasonal looking fake UPS delivery notification, claiming in broken English that 'Your package delivered to the nearest Postal Office. When receiving, please show a mailing receipt. Well I think you could reduce our current 5 down to 1 normal 1 sucidal 1 hoe :) hard is just a more advnaced normal really. That way all the people who enjoy suffering in company of others still can on sucidal and hell on earth, while others can play on normal XD.

Thanks to Zofotech the arcitecht of all doom and gloom as well as happyniess we now have a new and improved Mission map server. Since Fel was gracious enough to create a custom lobby to hop into and selcet any of his several maps. Check it out some time soon, fel's mutants get hungery ;3.

I just found out that FEAR 2 has a multiplayer option too!

I just gought Fear 2 and have all of the prequels as well! It is a fun game indeed and there are some servers up in other countries for the original FEAR multiplayer.
