Every ban that involves cheaters must have evidence for admins to input. No evidence, no ban. Some cheaters may appeal in the future and if there is no demo or some sort of evidence, they can't keep them banned. In the #welcome text channel and in #admin-request pinned messages, there are guidelines how to report a player. Not all staff are available to assist. Some are busy with things outside of SG or just outside of the virtual world. They have lives and not every single one of them can tackle every single issue. Reports are there for a reason. Grab evidence and report it.

Hardly responds to problems when we need it, 3 people asking to ban the hackers but still they ask for evidence. Like some sort of real life damn detective. Inactive and people over here losing their ♥♥♥♥ from these racist annoying hackers. If no other admin responds to their problems, then this group/community is better of gone.
