Lots of f2ps get kicked for playing bad if this goes on this will end tf2

if you dont get why lets say you start playing tf2 yet youre not very good then you get kicked and kicked and kicked and soon you just wont want to play and im sure the P2Ps arent gonna play tf2 forever so if theres no f2ps joining the community and P2Ps leaving the community then what do you get?
